Cody Thurman is the head of property management operations at Green Acre Property Management and a broker and auctioneer with Green Acre Land Group.
With 6 years of service as an Air Force firefighter and 10 years as a firefighter and EMT, Cody brings discipline, urgency, and a strong commitment to service into property management. He focuses on protecting owners’ investments, managing tenants effectively, and handling day-to-day operations with professionalism and reliability.
His goal is to make property ownership easier, more profitable, and less stressful.
Melissa Thurman
Property Management Support
Melissa Thurman supports operations at Green Acre Property Management, helping ensure strong communication, organization, and a positive experience for both owners and tenants.
She holds a Master’s degree in General Psychology, which gives her a strong understanding of communication, conflict resolution, and the people side of property management. Melissa plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and clients well supported.
